Izaiah
Izaiah was diagnosed with ALL on January 14, 2013. It was very hard for him to adjust to being in the hospital and not being able to go to school for pre-K. He missed all his classmates and it was hard not to be able to be in the classroom because he was immune-compromised from his chemotherapy. He liked his hospital teacher and working with him , Child Life and the art therapists helped a lot, too. After his first year of treatment, he was able to transition back to school. He finished his chemotherapy on March 20, 2016! We are very happy he has done so well. We would like to thank Georgetown doctors and staff. We would also like to thank JUST TRYAN IT for their caring and support during these years.
