Judson

Judson

Judson was diagnosed on January 18, 2014 with Standard Risk-B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). At the young age of 2 Judson’s childhood changed drastically- play dates were no longer the conversation as he had to deal with round after round of chemotherapy, blood transfusions, numerous hospital stays, constant needle pokes and all the side effects that come with treatment. Over the last 2 years and 4 months Judson has rarely complained. He is often called the Mayor when he visits UNC’s clinic, as he loves making rounds to the doctors and nurses to offer a high five and a world class hug. Judson finished treatment on April 18, 2016 and is thriving! His older brother Adrian (9) and sister Peyton (7) are looking forward to competing in their second JUST TRYAN IT race in honor of Judson.
