Cam is the smallest of three sisters in Oakton, VA. Over Memorial Day Weekend 2017, her eyes went suddenly, severely crossed, and we knew something was wrong. An emergency CT was confirmed by an MRI, and the tumor was resected on Memorial Day, 2017. She was diagnosed with an astrocytoma in her cerebellum. It’s still there, after the resection, but, it’s stable. Despite the lasting effects of the tumor, Cam is still usually a happy, chatty little girl who idolizes her big sisters.
