In the middle of her freshmen year at Stone Ridge High School, Meaghan noticed a lump on her neck during swim practice and a few weeks later, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She is receiving treatment, which includes four rounds of chemotherapy and several days of radiation, at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she gets plenty of quality time with the awesome pediatric oncology nurses. She is looking forward to finishing up treatment and getting back to swimming, dance, and spending time with her friends.
