Training Calendar We like to move it, move it! Follow this schedule to best prepare for race day

It is important to practice with all of your gear. If your child is going to wear a swim cap or goggles for the swim, make sure you try it out before race day. All racers will need to wear a shirt with their race number pinned on after the swim portion is complete. Practice putting on a shirt with a half sheet of paper safety pinned on the front. Practice getting on and off your bike safely and walking your bike to a designated spot.
